While we strive for accuracy, colors may vary slightly due to screen/display differences and lighting during photography.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, address, contact number) is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, repeated COD refusals, or stock unavailability.
Order confirmation via WhatsApp/call may be required, particularly for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
Orders paid in advance are subject to verification before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hijab e Zauq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
